PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal for hospital visit notification, a hospital visit notification method and a hospital visit notification program that can notify not only the patient as such but also parties directly concerned about the patient including his or her family members and home-visiting helpers of a hospital visit state of the patient, to enable the patient not to forget hospital visits or medicine taking as instructed by the responsible doctor.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal for hospital visit notification 11 that displays a notification of the scheduled day of hospital visit by a patient uses an application program, when a notification for hospital visit is transmitted to the mobile terminal for hospital visit notification borne by the patient from a medical institution, to display the notification for hospital visit for the patient on the mobile terminal for hospital visit notification borne by the patient, and has display notifying means to transmit the hospital visit notification for the patient to mobile terminals borne by parties directly concerned about the patient including his or her family members and home-visiting helpers on the basis of check marks on telephone book data stored in the mobile terminal for hospital visit notification.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
