Objective: The abuse of antibiotics is very common. The standardized use of antimicrobials has become increasingly urgent. Build a quality control platform of antimicrobial drug use of hospitals and serve to antimicrobial drug regulation in hospitals. Methods: ETL technology was used to extract related data of antimicrobial drugs from HIS, CIS and other business systems of the hospital to the data center. The modeling was combined with the monitoring index system of antibacterial drugs. And then, combined with the visualization technology, monitoring indicators were displayed at the client side. Results: The antimicrobial drug use was monitored in terms of outpatient, hospitalization, surgery and microorganism inspection. A hospital antimicrobial drug quality control platform was constructed to assist with the all-around monitoring the use of antimicrobial drugs in the hospital. Conclusion: The antibacterial drug quality control platform is a product of hospital informatization development which plays a key role in the control of abuse of antibiotics in the hospital.%目的:抗生素滥用现象十分普遍,规范化使用抗菌药物变得日益紧迫.构建医院抗菌药物质控平台,可以服务医院抗菌药物监管.方法:利用ETL技术从医院HIS、CIS等业务系统抽取抗菌药物相关数据至数据中心,结合抗菌药物监控指标体系进行建模,再结合可视化技术在客户端展示监控指标.结果:实现门诊、住院、手术和微生物送检等方面的抗菌药物使用监控,建设一套医院抗菌药物质控平台,辅助医院全方面监控抗菌药物的使用情况.结论:抗菌药物质控平台是医院信息化发展的产品,对抑制院内抗生素滥用有关键性作用.
