Objective: To avoid the privacy leaks which the wearable medical devices bring in. Methods: Based on the network model of wearable medical devices, this paper analyzes the privacy protection and management of the users, expatiates on data privacy protection from three aspects: anonymity authentication, identity privacy protection and movement trajectory privacy protection. Results: Make a comprehensive understanding of the security threats faced by the use of the wearable medical devices. Conclusion: Put forward three personal advices of the privacy protection technology and make a vision for the future.%目的:避免因医疗可穿戴设备的快速发展和普及而带来的个人隐私数据泄漏问题.方法:从医疗可穿戴设备的网络模型出发,分析了医用可穿戴设备使用用户的隐私保护与管理,从用户的匿名认证、身份隐私保护、运动轨迹隐私保护3个方面阐述了用户数据隐私保护的相关安全技术.结果:全面了解了医用可穿戴设备在使用中所面临的安全威胁及相关抵御技术的研究现状.结论:基于现有研究成果,给出提高医疗可穿戴设备使用者隐私保护在未来发展中的建议,并展望未来发展趋势.
