临床输血不良反应防控信息管理系统的设计与应用

         

摘要

Objective: In order to ensure the safety of clinical use of blood in hospital, the whole process of blood transfusion prevention and control system was used to track the management of clinical blood in hospital, and to prevent and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions. Methods: A set of information management system for prevention and control of adverse reactions of clinical blood transfusion based on cloud technology was developed. With bar code corresponding to the blood information and patient information, to achieve the whole process of blood transfusion, blood transfusion adverse reaction risk level assessment, early warning and treatment. Questionnaire was used to evaluate the operability, adverse reaction rate and patient satisfaction. Results: Before and after the use of the control system, the number of complaints decreased from 11 cases to 3 cases, the patient satisfaction increased from the original 87% to 96%. Conclusion: The adverse reaction monitoring of clinical blood transfusion management, to find adverse events choose different method according to the classification of emergency plan, 24 hours of linkage of various departments timely and correct treatment of blood transfusion adverse events. To construct a new way of information sharing data between the department of blood transfusion and blood center cloud technology, provide more clinical safe and rational use of blood services for patients.%目的:为确保医院临床用血安全,采用输血全过程防控管理系统对医院临床用血情况实行跟踪管理,防范和减少输血不良反应的发生.方法:开发一套基于云技术的临床输血不良反应防控信息管理系统.以条形码对应血液信息和患者信息,实现血液全程追溯、输血不良反应发生的风险等级评估、预警和处理.采用问卷调查评价系统使用的可操作性、不良反应发生率、患者满意度.结果:防控系统使用前后相比,投诉例数由11例下降为3例,患者满意度由原来的87%上升到96%.结论:实现临床输血管理不良反应全程监控,对发现不良反应事件按照分类应急预案选择不同的处理办法,24小时各部门联动及时、正确处理出现的输血不良反应事件.云技术构建医院输血科与中心血站之间信息数据共享新途径,为患者提供更加安全、合理的临床用血服务.
