Remote areas and island hospitals occupy an important position to our country but small in scale,and lack of planning of the information construction.The infrastructure and technical force are also very weak.Faced with this situation,the characteristics and countermeasures on how to build the information systems in these pIaces are proposed through practice and thinking.The planning should be made according to the local conditions,the construction should be actively coordinated,the systems should be easily used and maintained,and the applications should be focused on the key points.%边远地区、海岛医院,地位重要但规模较小,信息化建设规划协调不足,基础设施、技术力量薄弱.通过实践与思考,提出边远地区、海岛医院的信息化建设,规划要因地制宜,建设要积极协调,系统要好用易维护,应用要突出重点.
