Objective: To discuss the ovarian function of laparoscopic surgery combined with Gn RH-a treatment in patients with endometriosis infertile. Methods: 86 endometriosis infertile patients with laparoscopic surgery were selected from September 2013 to September 2016 in our Hospital,according to the treatment, all patients were divided into the the Gn RH-a group (Gn RH - a treatment,n = 30) and the Gn RH-a reverse group (Gn RH-a and added therapy treatment,n=30)and the conventional group, (gestrinone treatment,n =26),statistical analyzed all patients of the treatment efficacy, pregnancy, recurrence and sex hormone levels, pain, adverse reactions. Results: The treatment efficient and pregnancy rates of Gn RH-a group and Gn RH-a reverse group were higher than those of conventional group,the recurrence rate of the former two groups were lower than the latter (P<0.05), but the former two groups have the same level in those factors(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and VAS score of Gn RH-a reverse group and conventional group were lower than those of Gn RH-a group,but the former two groups have the same level in those factors(P>0.05).In terms of E2, LH and FSH levels after treatment,Gn RH-a reverse group better than Gn RH-a group better than conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Laparoscopic combined with Gn RH-a can effectively improve the curative effect and improve ovarian function and prognosis,cooperate of patients,cooperate with the treatment can improve the security.%目的:探讨腹腔镜术联合Gn RH-a治疗对子宫内膜异位症不孕患者卵巢功能的影响.方法:选取2013年9月至2016年9月期间我院腹腔镜术治疗的子宫内膜异位症不孕患者86例,依据治疗方法分为Gn RH-a组(Gn RH-a治疗,n=30)和Gn RH-a反加组(Gn RH-a+反加疗法治疗,n=30)和常规组(孕三烯酮治疗,n=26),统计分析所有患者的治疗疗效、妊娠、复发、性激素水平、疼痛、不良反应.结果:Gn RH-a组和Gn RH-a反加组治疗有效率、妊娠率明显高于常规组,前二组复发率低于后者(P<0.05),但前二组上述指标水平基本相同(P>0.05);Gn RH-a反加组和常规组不良反应发生率和治疗后VAS得分低于Gn RH-a组(P<0.05),但前二组上述指标水平基本相同(P>0.05);在治疗后E2、LH、FSH水平方面,Gn RH-a反加组优于Gn RH-a组,Gn RH-a组优于常规组(P<0.05).结论:腹腔镜术联合Gn RH-a可有效提高患者的治疗疗效和改善卵巢功能及预后,配合反加疗法可改善提高治疗安全性.
