Objective:By investigating and analyzing the current status of telemedicine in Beijing hospitals,we can provide basis for improving telemedicine policies and strengthening telemedicine management.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used and the investigating findings were summarized and analyzed.Results:88.89％ of the investigated hospitals had been doing telemedicine work.The development oftelemedicine in these hospitals was very unbalanced.Video consultation and image teleconsultation are the most common content.The average annual teleconsultation volume reached 2,651 cases in each hospital.The top five departments of teleconsultation volume were department of cardiovascular medicine,radiology,respiratory,neurology and oncology.Conclusion:Most hospitals attached great importance to telemedicine and supported telemedicine work.To promote the development of telemedicine in China,it is necessary to improve relevant policies and regulations,unify standards,strengthen personnel training and straighten out the market mechanism.%目的:通过对北京地区医院的远程医学现况开展调查分析,为完善远程医学相关政策,加强远程医学管理提供依据.方法:运用自行设计的问卷进行调查,并对调查结果进行汇总和分析.结果:已开展远程医学工作的医院占88.89％,各医院远程医学发展水平很不均衡,业务内容以视频会诊和影像会诊最为常见.各医院年平均会诊量达2651例,会诊量排名前五名的科室分别是心血管内科、放射诊断科、呼吸科、神经内科和肿瘤科.结论:多数医院十分重视并支持远程医学工作.促进远程医学发展,需要完善相关政策法规、统一标准规范、加强人才培养、理顺市场机制.
