探索新形势下适合军队医院医疗质量评价指标体系以及相关权重的确定方法,建立一套更为科学、合理的军队医院医疗质量评价指标体系,为军队医院的发展方向,管理重心提供决策依据.研究采用文献分析法回顾文献资料初步筛选指标,运用德尔菲法,通过两次专家咨询,完成指标的筛选并确定各指标权重,建立军队医院医疗质量评价指标体系.用建立的指标体系对某军队医院5年历史数据进行综合评价,分析存在的问题及应对策略.%To explore the evaluation index system of military hospital medical quality and the determination of the relative weight.we established a more scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of military hospital medical quality,set the development direction of military hospital,provide decision basis of management focus.By using literature review method to analyze the literature data and Delphi's method to expert consultation,we established evaluation index system of military hospital medical quality,made the determination of the relative weight.We used the established index system to evaluate the 5 years history data in a military hospital,analyse existing problems and response strategies.
