Objective: With the integration with hospital information system, electronic signature technology has gradually replaced the handwritten signature and realized the legitimacy of the electronic medical documents. Methods: This paper introduces the function of the electronic signature technology, the integration and application with various hospital information systems and the experience and problems in implementation process, discusses the positive effects that the application of electronic signature brought in hospital information system. Results: The integration of electronic signature technology and hospital information system not only guaranteed the legitimacy of the medical documents, but also standardized the clinical operation and improved the quality of hospital services. Conclusions:Although the electronic signature technology plays a positive role in hospital management, we should also attach great importance to its use safety and operability.%目的：随着与医院各信息系统的不断集成，电子签名技术逐渐取代手写签名，实现医疗电子文书的合法性。方法：详述了电子签名技术的实现功能、与医院各业务系统的集成和应用，以及在实施过程中总结的经验、遇到的问题，探讨电子签名在医院信息系统应用所带来的积极作用。结果：将电子签名技术与医院信息系统集成，不仅可以保障医疗文书的合法性，更可以规范临床业务，提升医院服务质量。结论：电子签名技术可以为医院带来积极作用，但同时也要重视该技术的引用所带来的使用安全性、可操作性等问题。
