Objective: To present the hot topics on research by analyzing related literatures. Methods: SCI Article related to were searched in Web of ScienceTM database, the medical subject headings (MeSH) of these articles were downloaded and their appearing frequencies were counted. The MeSH terms with appearing frequencies over 24 times were intercepted as high- frequencies descriptors. The frequencies of these descriptors in the same article were calculated to form a word co-occurrence matrix. Clustering was done on the matrix by SPSS software. The research focus on the topic was obtained by analyzing the contents of various literatures. Results: A total of 670 articles related to Social Network & medical were searched out. Twelve descriptors appeared over 24 times. Six focal researches were obtained by clustering the 12 high-frequency descriptors.Conclusions: The focal researches abroad on Social Network & medical are mainly focused on the topics like Internet & Information, Health & Networks, Care & Education, Children related research, Health-care & outcomes, Risks and Student.%目的：检索基于电子病历的SCI论文，分析当前该主题的相关研究方向。方法：对Web of ScienceTM核心合集数据库中发表的基于电子病历SCI论文进行分析，下载文献主题词并统计其出现的频次，截取频次大于24次的主题词作为高频关键词。统计高频主题词在同一文献中的出现频率，并生成共现矩阵，使用SPSS对矩阵进行聚类分析，通过对各类文献内容的分析获得该主题的研究热点。结果：检出2010年至今的医学SCI论文670篇，出现频次大于25次的主题词12个，通过对这12个高频关键词聚类得到六个主要研究热点。结论：近年来基于社交网络的医学SCI论文主要研究方向是：社交网络为医疗卫生提供的信息支持研究；医疗健康社交网络应用研究；社交网络与医疗保健护理教育研究；与儿童有关的社交网络医学研究；社交网络在医疗健康领域中的应用效果分析；医学生使用社交网络的风险研究。
