分析当前放射科业务工作流程关键点，利用DICOM标准中Modality Worklist流程管理服务，给出了基于Ensemble集成平台的DICOM Modality Worklist服务设计和应用分析。服务的实现不仅能够为设备提供患者基本信息、检查信息，实现HIS与数字化影像设备之间的数据通信，实现信息传递的一致性，而且提高应用的稳定性，降低了Worklist的维护成本。%Analyzing the current radiology business workflow key point and using Modality Worklist process management services in DICOM standard, DICOM Modality Worklist service design and application analysis are given in this paper based on the Ensemble integration platform. The implementation of the service can not only provide patients basic information to equipment, check information, realize the data communication between HIS and digital image device, insure the consistency of the information transmission, and improve the stability of the application to reduce the maintenance costs of Worklist.
