为了快速推进居民健康卡普及速度，对基于银医合作为主体推进模式的发卡方式进行探讨，主要介绍了批量发卡、零星发卡、自助机发卡这三种发卡方式在制卡、发卡、用卡环节上的区别与优缺点，还讨论了发卡工作中涉及到的关键点。选择合适的居民健康卡发卡方式，将有效提升发卡率，大力促进居民健康卡发展进程。%In order to promote the process of the Residents health card, this paper probes into the issuing way of the Residents health card based on the bank and hospital cooperation, introduces in detail the differences between three types of card in each link and the advantages and disadvantages, finally discussed the key point. There are three issuing ways:the batch way, the sporadic way, the self-service machine way.
