Objectives: Optimization of hospital medication process, so as to improve work efficiency and reduce the risk of error. Methods: Relying on the "No. 1 Military Medical Project" information system, we simplify the discharge medication process and reduce intermediate links. Results: The new discharge medication process eliminates the unnecessary intermediate links, reducing disputes and hidden safety trouble, but also save a lot of manpower and material resources. Conclusion:The new discharge medication process and is worthy of popularization and application because of its characteristics of safety, accurate, efficient etc.%目的：优化病人出院带药流程，提高工作效率、降低差错风险。方法：依托“军卫一号”信息系统，将原来的5个环节简化为2个。结果：新出院带药流程省去了不必要的中间环节，减少了纠纷和安全隐患，节省了大量的人力物力。结论：新出院带药流程安全、准确、高效，值得推广应用。
