采用问卷调查的方法简单了解造成民众“看病难”的原因,通过对200份实际调查问卷的数据分析与讨论,探索了诊疗流程、就诊医院选择及数字化设备对医院门诊诊疗效率的影响,进而提出了借助数字化手段实现分级就诊及优化医院门诊诊疗流程的建议.%In this paper, we looked briefly about what leads to the difficulty in looking for medical services by means of questionnairernsurvey. According to the analysis and discussion of 200 actual questionnaires, we explore the effect of medical treatment service process,rnhospital selection, and the use of digital equipment on outpatient service efficiency. And then put forward some suggestion for usingrndigital means to achieve Grading medical and optimize medical treatment service process.
