临床路径是基于循证医学、医疗质量保证和促进先进的医院管理思想和方法.临床路径在缩短住院天数、降低病人住院费用、减少医疗资源浪费和减少并发症等方面都发挥着重要作用.当前许多医院都实施了临床路径,但缺少对临床路径实施效果科学的评价方法,产生无法通过科学评价进行持续改进临床路径的问题.首先分析了临床路径的实施流程,设计了临床路径实施效果评价指标体系；其次,采用层次分析法确定临床路径实施效果评价指标权重,采用模糊综合评价法对临床路径实施效果进行评价；最后,通过实例说明了临床路径实施效果评价过程.实际应用结果表明,此方法简便可行、科学可靠,结果相对客观可信.%Clinical pathway is advanced hospital management ideas and methods of medical quality assurance and promotion based onrnevidence-based medicine. Clinical pathway plays an important role in shorter hospital stay, lower hospitalization costs, and reducingrnthe waste of medical resources, and reducing complications. At present, many hospitals have implemented the clinical pathways.rnBut they are the lack of scientific evaluation methods of the clinical pathway implementation effect, which cannot pass continuousrnimprovement of clinical path through the scientific evaluation. This paper firstly analyzes the implementation process of clinicalrnpathway, and designs the implementation effect evaluation index system of the clinical pathway, secondly, the paper determines thernclinical pathway implementation effect evaluation index weights by using the analytic hierarchy process, and evaluates the clinicalrnpathway implementation effect by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, the paper proves the clinical pathwayrnimplementation effect evaluation process through an example. The practical application results show that this method is simple,rnfeasible, scientific and reliable, relatively objective and credible results.
