This paper put forward some reform methods about course teaching reform in higher vocational education by example of Basis of Mechanical Designing. Such as strengthening practical teaching, ability train, modify teaching sequence and selecting teaching content reasonable, and proposed new way of thinking about combining multiple assessment methods for resolving some problem in exam of Basis of Mechanical Designing.%结合机械设计基础教学实例，提出高等职业教育课程教学改革体系中的各项改革方法，如加强实践性教学环节、能力训练，修改教学顺序及合理选取教学内容等教学方法的改革。并且就机械设计基础考核中存在的问题提出多种考核方式相结合的新思路。
