Not only in the training and selecting of the talented, but also in the adapting for the social demand, widespread educational examination plays an important role. On this basis, the cultural construction in educational examination organization appears especially important and necessary. Thus, this article aims to the practical research into the cultural construction, discussed from four main aspects: integrating into the great ideal of“Chinese Dream”, achieving the objective of“satisfactory educational examination”, transferring the attitude of“positive and correct values”, and showing the principle of“managing test affairs according to law”.%教育考试的广泛应用，不仅对培养选拔人才发挥至关重要的作用，而且在提高公民素质，适应社会需求方面也发挥越来越多的作用，因此，教育考试机构文化建设就很有必要。本文从融入“中国梦”的伟大理想，落实“办人民满意的教育考试”的宗旨，传递“正能量”，彰显“依法治考”等方面对构建教育考试机构文化进行了切合工作实际的研究和探讨。
