Objective Analysis of injection drug adverse reaction of TCM for activating blood circulation, to guide clinical rational drug use. Methods Group select the hospital in January 2013 ― December 2015 Application blood circulation in-jection adverse reactions in 47 patients were retrospectively analyzed clinical data, summarize the characteristics and laws of patients with adverse reactions. Results Adverse reactions of 47 patients, including adverse reaction rates Shuxuening in-jection highest, with other drugs obviously,P <0.05; adverse drug reactions from high to low order: Shuxuening injection 23.40%, flavin 17.02% safflower injection, Shengmai injection 14.89%, 14.89% sodium aescinate salvianolate 8.51%, 6.38% Xueshuantong freeze-dried powder, large strains Rhodiola 6.38%, Danhong injection was 4.26%, 2.13% Shuxuetong, Breviscapine injection 2.13%;general adverse reactions in 40 cases, severe cases, seven cases (resulting in prolonged hospi-talization), the emergence of the new 15 cases of adverse reactions, all patients improved. Conclusion The clinical applica-tion of the application of traditional Chinese medicine injections first consider the safety of the drug, depending on the screening and drug allergies ask patients as much as possible to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, improve the quality of medical services, to protect the safety of patients.%目的：探析活血化瘀中药注射剂药品不良反应的情况,指导临床合理用药。方法整群选取该院2013年1月―2015年12月期间应用活血化瘀注射剂发生不良反应者47例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结患者发生不良反应的特点及规律。结果47例发生不良反应的患者,其中舒血宁注射液的不良反应率最高,与其他药物比较明显,P<0.05；造成不良反应的药物从高至低依次为：舒血宁注射液23.40%,注射用红花黄素17.02%、生脉注射液14.89%、七叶皂苷钠14.89%、丹参多酚酸盐8.51%、血栓通冻干粉6.38%、大株红景天6.38%、丹红注射液4.26%、疏血通2.13%、灯盏花素注射液2.13%；不良反应的一般情况40例,严重情况7例(导致住院时间延长﹚,出现新的不良反应的15例,所有患者均好转。结论临床上应用活血化瘀中药注射剂时应用首先考虑药物的安全性,并根据不同的药物进行筛查,询问患者过敏史,尽可能的降低不良反应的发生,提高医疗服务质量,保障患者生命安全。
