目的 针对穴位贴敷配合化浊解毒中药治疗慢性胃炎的机制进行探讨. 方法 随机选择2013年9月—2014年9月期间,该院收治的慢性胃炎患者120例,作为研究对象,将其平均分为对照组和观察组. 对照组患者实施胃复春片治疗,观察组患者实施穴位贴敷配合化浊解毒中药治疗.针对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析. 结果 研究中观察组的临床治疗有效率为98.33%,对照组的为80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 在慢性胃炎的治疗中,穴位贴敷配合化浊解毒中药治疗,效果显著,安全性高,可以在临床治疗中进行推广应用.%Objective To explore the mechanism of acupoint sticking cooperated with Huazhuo Jiedu Herbs in treating chronic gastritis. Methods 120 patients with chronic gastritis admitted to our hospital between September 2013 and September 2014 were randomly selected as the research object and divided evenly into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group were treated with Weifuning Tablets, while those in the observation group were treated with acupoint sticking together with Huazhuo Jiedu Herbs. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was comparatively analyzed. Results The clinical effective rate was 98.33%in the observation group and 80.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between them(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint sticking cooperated with Huazhuo Jiedu Herbs is worthy of promotion in treating chronic gastritis due to its remarkable effect and high safety.
