目的：探讨循证护理在重症胰腺炎中的应用价值。方法将50例重症胰腺炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组25例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用循证护理，比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的焦虑评分（12.4±4.5）分低于对照组（15.1±5.2）分，发热消失的时间、淀粉酶恢复正常的时间、腹痛消失时间、并发症的发生率、死亡率、住院时间分别（8.1±2.4）d、（5.1±1.4）d、（6.1±2.5）d、4.0%、0、（12.6±2.5）d为少于对照组（9.2±3.3）d、（6.2±2.2）d、（9.2±3.4）d、12.0%、8.0%、（14.5±3.9）d，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理使护理更具有针对性，能减少并发症，降低死亡率，加快患者康复。%Objective To investigate the application value of evidence-based nursing in severe pancreatitis. Methods 50 cases with severe pancreatitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 25 cases in each group. The con-trol group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The anxiety score was 12.4 ±4.5 points in the observation group, lower than 15.1 ±5.2 points in the control group; the fever disappeared time, amylase restored to the normal time, the abdominal pain disappeared time, incidence of complications, mortality, hospitalization time was respectively 8.1±2.4d, 5.1±1.4d, 6.1±2.5d, 4.0%, 0, 12.6±2.5d, less than 9.2±3.3d, 6.2±2.2d, 9.2±3.4d, 12.0%, 8.0%, 14.5±3.9d in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclu-sion The evidence-based nursing makes the nursing more targeted, it can reduce complications and the mortality rate, accelerate the rehabilitation of the patients.
