Objective To investigate the application effect of detailed nursing in the disinfection and supply room. Methods The period from February 2013 to February 2014 (detailed nursing intervention has been carried out in this period) was selected as the research stage and the period from February 2011 to February 2012 (detailed nursing has not been carried out and only the con-ventional nursing was used in this period) was selected as the control stage. The incidence of work errors in the two stages and the level of satisfaction with the sterilization and disinfection service in clinical departments were observed and compared. Results The incidence of work errors in the research stage was 0.29%, and that in the control stage was 4.00%, the incidence of work errors in the research stage was significantly lower than that in the control stage (P<0.05). The clinical departments' level of satisfaction with timely supply and recovery, packing quality, service attitude and nursing quality sterilization and disinfection service in the re-search stage was obviously higher than that in the control stage (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of detailed nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of work errors in disinfection and supply room, improve the departments' level of satisfaction with sterilization and disinfection service, and ensure the quality of medical service, which is suitable for clinical popularization and ap-plication.%目的：探讨细节护理在消毒供应室中的应用效果。方法选择2013年2月—2014年2月期间（已开展细节护理干预）作为研究阶段，选择2011年2月—2012年2月期间（未开展细节护理，仅应用一般护理干预）作为对照阶段。观察对比两阶段消毒供应工作差错的发生率，以及临床科室对两阶段灭菌消毒服务的满意程度。结果研究阶段工作差错发生率为0.29%，对照阶段工作差错发生率为4.00%，研究阶段工作差错发生率显著低于对照阶段（P<0.05）。各临床科室对研究阶段供给及时、回收及时、打包质量、服务态度及护理质量各项灭菌消毒服务的满意程度显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论细节护理的实施可以有效降低消毒供应室工作差错的发生率，提高科室对灭菌消毒服务满意度，保证了医院的医疗服务质量，适于临床推广与应用。
