目的 探讨国产可吸收镙钉在治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折中的应用.方法 对30例粉碎性髌骨骨折患者采用不同规格的可吸收镙钉进行内固定,术后随访,检查膝关节功能和X线情况.结果 该组30例病人全部解剖复位,且最终获得骨愈合,膝关节功能优良率达83.3%.结论 可吸收镙钉治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折效果可靠,是一种值得推广及深入研究的方法.%Objective To discuss the effectin treating Comminutedpatellar fracture with absorbable screw.Methords 30 patients with patellar fracture were treatded with open reduction and internalfixation with PDLLA abSorbable Screw.The patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months.Results Good Oppositionand bony union wereachieved in all cases. The excellent andgood rate of knee joint function was83.3%.Conclusion Treatmentof patellar fracturewith abSorbable PDLLA screws is an effective method. It can be popularized and researched deeply.
