SWOT analysis was applied to the strengths, weaknesses, external opportunities and threats of Fujian province under-forest economic. Then the strategy and suggestion were proposed. It showed that the development of under-forest economy in Fujian province has obvious advantages, have an unprecedented opportunity, but there were also some weakness and external threats. So Fujian province needs to enhance strength and avoid weakness in order to develop the new industries of under-forest economic.%运用SWOT分析方法对福建省发展林下经济所具有的优势、劣势以及外部面临的机遇、威胁进行系统分析，并提出福建省发展林下经济的战略与建议。结果表明，福建省发展林下经济优势明显，具有前所未有的机遇，但也存在劣势和外在威胁。福建省应扬长避短，努力发展林下经济这一新兴产业。
