基于城市环城生态圈建设基本情况，阐述晋城市环城生态圈建设的基本思路及步骤、建设原则及方法、建设要求及标准、实施方式和保障机制，提出了工程建设中绿化方面存在的问题和解决方法。%Based on the basic situation of the construction of the urban ecosystem around the city, this paper pointed out the basic ideas and the steps, construction principles and methods, building requirements and standards, the embodiment and safeguard mechanism of Jincheng city ecosystem construction, then the existing problems and solving methods of greening aspect in engineering construction are put forward.
