基于福建省10县实地调查数据，运用多元回归模型研究集体林权制度改革下，确权发证对于农户林业投入的影响，研究结果表明有证的林地占比对于农户林业投入有正向影响，且平均意义上来说，有林权证的林地面积的占农户林地面积的比重每增加1%，农户亩均投入增加1.51元，得出如果全面落实农户林地的林权证，农户投入将增加近一半的结论，提出了要落实林权到户的政策启示。%Based on the survey data of 10 counties in Fujian Province, this paper used multiple regression model to study the impact of verification and certification of collective forest right on farmers' forestry investment. The results showed that the proportion of forestland which has the forest property rights certificate had a positive impact on farmers' forestry investment. On the average, if the proportion increase by 1%, the average input will increase 1.51 yuan per acre. Come to conclusion that the forestry investment will increase by nearly half, if that the forest tenure is fully implemented. Put forward the policy advices that fulfill grant the forest property rights certificate to the farmer household.
