On the basis of field investigation of Xiajiang county, this paper analyzed the forest right mortgage loan situation in Xiajiang county and put forward to intensify propaganda and policy support focusing on the existing problems. There are also many countermeasures to solve these problems, such as appropriately extending the loan period, actively preventing the loan risk, improving the forest rights transfer mechanism and improving the liquidity of forest rights, in order to provide reference for conprehensively carrying out the forest rights mortgage.%在对峡江县实地调研的基础上，分析了峡江县林权抵押贷款的开展状况，针对存在的问题提出了加大宣传和政策支持力度，适当延长贷款期限，积极防范贷款风险，健全林权流转机制，提高林权的变现能力等对策，以期为林权抵押贷款的全面开展提供借鉴。
