风电用轮毂铸件缩松缺陷浅析及防治

         

摘要

Wheel for a certain type of wind power are introduced briefly the causes of the formation of shrinkage defects and prevention measures, through the original molten iron carbon content control in 3.83% ~3.9%, the temperature control in 1 450+5℃, nodularizer to pack when appropriate tight, will eventually within the residual amount of magnesium is controlled in the range of 0.040%~0.045% can be effective prevention and control of a certain type of wind power with wheel hub shrinkage defects.%简要介绍了某型风电用轮毂缩松缺陷形成的原因及防治措施,通过将原铁液含碳量控制在3.83%~3.9%,出炉温度控制在1450±5℃,球化剂装包时适当紧实,最终将残余镁量控制在0.040%~0.045%范围内可有效的防治某型风电用轮毂缩松缺陷的出现。
