目的:探讨上消化道穿孔患者急诊手术的护理效果.方法:选取我院2015年9月-2016年9月经手术治疗的38例上消化道穿孔患者,所有患者均采用术前、术中、术后护理.结果:本组38例患者均治愈,无死亡病例.并发症1例,均为切口感染,经治疗护理后痊愈.结论:采取积极有效的护理方法,可以提高上消化道穿孔患者抢救成功率,降低并发症.%objective:To explore the nursing effect of emergency operation in upper gastrointestinal perforation patients.Methods:38 patients with upper gastrointestinal perforation who underwent surgical treatment from September 2015 to September 2016 were enrolled in this study.All patients were treated with preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative care.Results:38 patients in this group were cured,no deaths.Complications in 1 cases,are incision infection,after treatment and cured.Conclusion:It is possible to improve the success rate of patients with upper gastrointestinal perforation and reduce the complication by taking active and effective nursing methods.
