目的 探讨老年2型糖尿病患者在治疗期间接受循证护理干预的临床效果.方法 抽取过去一段时期我院收治的老年2型糖尿病患者86例,随机分为对照组和观察组,平均每组43例.对照组实施常规老年慢性疾病护理;观察组实施循证护理.结果 观察组患者治疗期间仅有1例出现糖尿病并发症,少于对照组的8例,差异显著(P<0.05);血糖水平恢复正常时间和住院治疗总时间短于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);对糖尿病治疗期间护理的满意度为95.3%,对照组为79.1%,差异显著(P<0.05).结论 老年2型糖尿病患者在治疗期间接受循证护理干预,能够有效控制糖尿病并发症,使血糖保持平稳.%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus during treatment.Methods 86 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital in the past period were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with an average of each group of patients with type 43 diabetes.The control group was treated with routine nursing care of senile chronic diseases.Results the observation group patients were only 1 cases of complications of diabetes,fewer than 8 cases in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);blood glucose recovery time and total hospitalization time shorter than the control group,significant difference between groups(P<0.05);treatment of diabetes during the nursing satisfaction for 95.3% the control group 79.1%,significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes during the treatment of evidence-based nursing intervention,can effectively control the complications of diabetes,blood glucose remained stable.
