目的 探讨慢性充血性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者幽门螺杆菌感染与血浆心房钠尿肽(atrialnatriuretic polyptidea ANP)水平的关系.方法 慢性充血性心衰患者与健康对照组成员均做14碳尿素呼气试验,慢性充血性心衰患者,按照14碳尿素呼气实验结果分为Hp(+)组和Hp(-)组,同时设健康对照组,分别测定三组血浆心房钠尿肽(ANP)水平.结果 与健康对照组相比,Hp(+)组和Hp(-)组血浆心房钠尿肽水平明显升高(P<0.01),与Hp(-)组相比,Hp(+)组血浆心房钠尿肽水平明显升高(P<0.01).结论 幽门螺杆菌感染可加重慢性充血性心力衰竭的严重程度.%Objective To investigate the Relationship between Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection and plasma Atrial Natriuretic Peptide(ANP)in petients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods All the patients were divided into pesitive group and negative group according to the results of 14 carbon breath test.And 50 cases of healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same time in our hospital.The level of ANP were tesed for everyone of three groups.Results Compred with the healthy control group,the level of ANP with Hp(+)group and Hp(-)group is obviously higher(P<0.01),Compred with the Hp(-)group,the level of ANP with Hp(+)group is higher(P<0.01).Conclusion The severity of patients with CHF can be worsen by infection of HP.
