目的 探讨微创血肿粉碎穿刺术治疗高血压脑出血的护理干预措施.方法 对行微创血肿粉碎穿刺术的106例高血压脑出血患者给予精心护理.包括术前准备、术中配合和术后护理.术后护理包括一般护理、病情观察、血压的控制、并发症的预防及功能锻炼等.结果 经过精心护理,大大降低了并发症率和死亡率.结论 微创血肿粉碎穿刺术治疗高血压脑出血创伤小,疗效好,积极配合医生做好各项护理和治疗是提高高血压脑出血的抢救成功率、降低并发症率和死亡率的关键.%Objective to investigate the minimally invasive hematoma smash puncture nursing interventions for the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods the line of minimally invasive hematoma shatter centesis given careful nursing 106 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients.Including preoperative preparation,intraoperative and postoperative care.Postoperative nursing including general nursing,disease observation,blood pressure control,the prevention of complications and functional exercise etc.Results through careful nursing,greatly reduce the rate of complications and mortality.Conclusion minimally invasive hematoma smash puncture treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage small trauma,good curative effect,cooperate a doctor actively to do all the care and treatment is to improve the rescue success rate,reduce the complication of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage rate and mortality of the key.
