Objective To explore the causes and treatment measures of blood transfusion before transfusion.Methods from May 2015 to 2016 in our hospital before blood transfusion and blood cross matching incompatibility in 46 patients as the research object,the reason of crossmatching incompatibility and summary,and put forward the corresponding solving methods.Results all the 46 patients were matched by transfusion.There were 15 patients who had had a history of pregnancy and a history of blood transfusion.The main reason was that the red blood cells were removed from other ABO blood group systems.Among them,16 patients with autoimmune diseases,their blood contains a specific antibody,which lead to cross matching blood,the left and right side of the phenomenon of agglutination.Another 15 cases of patients with cross matching phenomenon is mainly due to blood taken before the drug,agglutination in the side.Conclusion in the course of blood transfusion,the blood transfusion is the best way to prevent the occurrence of cross matching of blood,so as to cause the adverse reaction of the recipient.%目的 探究输血前交叉配血不合的原因以及处理措施.方法 选择2015年5月——2016年10月我院进行输血前交叉配血且出现不合的住院患者46例作为此次研究对象,对出现交叉配血不合的原因进行总结与归纳,并提出相应的解决办法.结果 46例住院患者中均为输血前交叉配血不合.其中有15例患者曾经有过妊娠史以及输血史,主要原因是因为红细胞去除ABO其它血型系统中而产生不合的情况,凝集或溶血表现主要在主侧,次侧没有.其中16例患者具有自身免疫性疾病,其血液中含有特殊性质的抗体,从而导致交叉配血不合,主侧与次侧都有凝集或溶血现象.另外15例患者出现交叉配血不合现象主要是因为配血前服用了某些药物,凝集或溶血在次侧.结论 在进行输血过程中,以自身输血为最好的输血方式,防止出现交叉配血不合的情况,从而引起受血者的不良反应.
