Objective To explore the experience of ICU neonatal intracranial hematoma nursing.Methods extracted from 40 patients with intracranial hematoma in neonates were ana-lyzed,were randomly divided into two groups,patients in control group received routine nursing,observation group,the implementation of scientific and ef ective nursing measures,clinical ef ects were compared between the two groups.Results by comparing the observed group was significantly bet er than the control group,significant dif erences,with statistical significance.Con-clusion the neonatal intracranial hematoma implement scientific and ef ective nursing intervention,can significantly improve the therapeutic ef ect,reduce complication,improve the operation success rate,improve patient survival quality,with good clinical application value.%目的：探讨ICU新生儿颅内血肿护理体会。方法抽取收治的40例颅内血肿新生儿进行分析，随机分组，对照组实施常规护理干预，观察组实施科学有效的护理措施，对比两组的临床效果。结果通过对比，观察组明显优于对照组，差异显著，具有统计学意义。结论针对新生儿颅内血肿实施科学有效的护理干预，能够显著提高治疗效果，降低并发症的出现，提高手术成功率，改善患儿生存质量，具有良好的临床应用价值。
