Objective:Evaluation and analysis of reflux esophagitis with omeprazole and famotidine in treatment effect.Method:The object of participating in the experi-ment for 80 cases of reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into A group and B group with equal number of cases,the patients treated with omeprazole,after the group was treated with famotidine in the treatment,after 3 weeks of treatment,comparative analysis of two therapeutic effect.Result:A group total effective rate (92.5%)and B group total effective rate (80%),the difference was statistical y significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of reflux esophagitis in application of omeprazole and famoti-dine,can achieve a better effect,which received omeprazole good effect is more significant.%目的：：评估分析反流性食管炎应用奥美拉唑和法莫替丁治疗的效果.方法：参与实验的对象为80例反流性食管炎患者，随机均分为相等病例数的 A 组和 B组，前组患者使用奥美拉唑治疗，后组患者使用法莫替丁治疗，经3周的治疗，比较分析二者治疗效果.结果：A组总有效率(92．5％)和 B组总有效率(80．0％)相比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0．05).结论：在反流性食管炎的治疗中应用奥美拉唑和法莫替丁，均可获得较好效果，其中奥美拉唑所获良好效果更为显著.
