放射线科临床护理带教中情景模拟教学方法及效果研究

         

摘要

The nursing in the department of radiology belongs to a discipline starting relatively late, and its teaching method is not improved, which needs the further exploration of new teaching method, and the nursing in the department of radiology should pay attention to the appointment, examination, issuing the identification card and staged health education, preset indwelling needle, and then carry out the accurate situational nursing practice. And the practice shows that the sce-nario simulation teaching method in the teaching of student nurses in the department of radiology can obtain an ideal effect, and the scenario simulation teaching in the clinical teaching in the department of radiology can make student nurses know the unified examination course, preparation and observation before and after examination and effectively prevent the exami-nation lagging or unsuccessful examination due to the incomplete preparation and not timely health education, shorten the examination time and greatly improve the examination effect.%放射科护理属于起步较晚的学科,其教学模式还不够完善,尚需更深入的探索更多有益于放射科护理的新型教学方法。放射科护理带教应重视预约、检查报到、发给识别牌、分时段的健康宣教和预置留置针等情景模拟流程设计,然后进行正确的放射科情景护理情境演练。实践证明,在放射科临床带教中采取情景模拟教学,能够让护生了解统一的检查流程、以及检查之前与检查之后的准备与观察,有效防止由于准备不齐全、健康宣教不及时,而导致检查拖后或者检查不成功,并缩短用于检查的时间,大大改善检查的效果。
