目的：探讨吉林市昌邑区2012-2015年青年学生艾滋病知识行为及HIV感染情况é方法采用问卷调查,多阶段整群抽样方法,对吉林市昌邑区2012-2015年青年学生的艾滋病知识行为及HIV感染情况进行分析é结果2012-2015年调查的116名青年学生对艾滋病知识的总体知晓率为75.0%(87/116),差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)é2012-2015四年间安全套“从未使用”比例分别为5.6%、12.5%、0、0,四年相比差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)；四年间安全套“有时使用”比例分别为55.6%、50.0%、54.2%、18.0%,组间相比差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)；四年间安全套“每次使用”比例分别为38.8%、37.5%、45.8%、80.0%,组间相比差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)é116名青年学生中,未检出HIV抗体阳性é但梅毒抗体阳性检出例数为4例、占3.4%,其中,2012、2013、2014年分别有1例、1例、2例；HCV抗体阳性检出例数为13例、占11.2%,其中,2013、2014、2015年分别有6例、5例、2例é结论本研究采用的调查问卷为自填问卷,虽然有一定实效,但仍旧存在信息偏倚,因此,今后需要加强对青年学生的监测及专项调查,以防止艾滋病在校园中传播é%Objective To investigate the Changyi District of Jilin city 2012-2015 years of young students' knowledge about AIDS behavior and HIV infection. Methods A questionnaire survey, multistage stratified cluster sampling, analysis in AIDS knowledge and behavior of HIV in Changyi District of Jilin city 2012-2015 youth infection. Results 2012-2015 survey of 116 years the young students of general knowledge of AIDS awareness rate was 75% (87/116), significant difference (P<0.05).2012-2015 four "never use condoms" respectively 5.6%, 12.5%, 0,0, had significant difference between four groups (P< 0.05); four condoms "sometimes used" were 55.6% and 50%. 54.2%, 18%, the difference between groups were com-pared (P< 0.01); four condoms per use respectively 38.8%, 37.5%, 45.8%, 80%, the difference between groups were com-pared (P< 0.01).116 young students, unghecded Out HIV antibody positive. But syphilis antibody positive cases, 4 cases, 3.4%. Among them, in 2012, 2013, 2014, respectively in 1 case, 1 case, 2 cases;HCV antibody positive cases for 13 cases, accounted for 11.2%, which, in 2013, 2014, 2015 respectively with 6 cases, 5 cases, 2 cases. Conclusion This study used questionnaire survey was a self-administered questionnaire, although there is a certain effect, but there is still information bias, therefore, the future need to strengthen the young students in monitoring and special investigation, to prevent the spread of AIDS in the campus.
