目的：探究老年高血压患者采用缬沙坦和利尿剂联合治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2014年9月～2015年10月收治的78例老年高血压患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组43例采用缬沙坦和利尿剂的综合治疗，对照组35例患者仅采用缬沙坦的治疗，比较患者血压的控制情况。结果实验组患者治疗有效率为95.35%，对照组患者治疗有效率为82.86%。实验组患者得到了更加显著的治疗效果，有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论老年高血压患者采用缬沙坦和利尿剂联合治疗，可将血压控制在正常范围内，减少并发症的出现，安全性高。%Objective Treatment method and effect of valsartan combined with diuretic in treatment of elderly patients with hypertension are to be studied. Methods Chose 78 elderly patients with hypertension who were treated in hospital from September 2014 to October 2015 and separated them into two groups at random,43 patients in study group were given valsartan combined with diuretic treatment,while another 35 patients in control group were given valsartan treatment only,and then compared patients’blood pressure conditions between two groups. Results Patients’treatment efficacy in study group 95.35%,and patients’treatment efficacy in control group was 82.86%,thus,treatment efficacy was much higher in study group,there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value(P < 0.05). Conclusion Valsartan combined with diuretic is effective in treatment of elderly patients with hypertension,it is conducive to control ing patients’blood pressure and reducing complication incidence with medication safety.
