Objective To discuss the impact of nursing countermeasures and lifestyle guidance on diabetic cerebrovascular disease patients.Methods320 patients with diabetic cerebrovascular disease were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with each 160 cases. The control group received routine care in general,the experimental group received nursing intervention and lifestyle guidance on the basis of the control group.Results The satisfaction degree of experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05),cerebrovascular diseases did not occur again on patients in two groups within a year.ConclusionNursing countermeasures and lifestyle guidance can reduce the recurrence of cerebrovascular disease and improve nursing satisfaction.%目的：探讨护理对策及生活方式指导对糖尿病性脑血管疾病的影响。方法320例糖尿病性脑血管患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组及对照组，每组160例，对照组给予一般常规护理，试验组在对照组的基础上给予护理干预及生活方式指导。结果试验组患者满意度优于对照组（P＜0.05），两组患者在一年内脑血管疾病均没有再次发生。结论进行护理对策及生活方式的指导能减少脑血管疾病的复发，提高护理满意度。
