Objective To explore the nursing experience of patients with acetabular fracture operation process.Methods 50 cases of acetabular fracture patients were charged as the research object, the implementation of the patients with acetabular operation. There were 33 cases of male patients, 17 female patients. Mean age was 42.5 years old. Retrospective analysis of clinical data of patients during the operation.ResultsAfter operation, 43 patients recovered, 5 patients treated with the significantly improved, 2 patients developed mild complications. The total effective rate was 96%.Conclusion Patients with acetabular fracture operation are in complete anesthesia state. In order to ensure patient safety, improve the success rate of the operation, nursing staff should be reasonable for the patient's posture, avoid the improper position and effect of operation effection, reduce the complication.%目的：探讨分析髋臼骨折手术过程中患者体位安置的护理体会。方法选取我院50例髋臼骨折患者为研究对象，对患者实施髋臼手术。男性33例，女性17例。平均年龄为42.5岁。回顾分析患者的临床资料，对其在手术过程中体位安置护理效果进行总结。结果本组50例患者手术后，43例患者痊愈，5例患者治疗明显改善，2例患者术后出现轻微并发症。治疗总有效率为96%。结论髋臼骨折患者进行手术的过程中，患者是处于完全麻醉状态的，为确保患者安全，提高手术的成功率，护理人员应合理安置患者的体位，避免出现体位不当而影响手术效果。因此，合理安置患者体位，加强患者手术中的护理，能够提高手术成功率，确保患者安全，减少术后并发症率。
