Objective To analyze effect of nursing on the high frequency radiosurgical knife in the treatment of cervical erosion.MethodsSelect 100 cases diagnosed in our hospital for cervical erosion patients,patients were treated by high frequency electric knife treatment,and care of patients with operation time,bleeding,records of patients with intraoperative,postoperative recovery amount etc.Results Through the nursing care,59 patients recovered,38 patients were effective,3 cases invalid.Conclusion Used for nursing care of patients with high frequency radiosurgical knife in the treatment of cervical erosion,need to pay close attention to the situation of the patient's condition changes,adverse reactions of patients appear in a timely manner corresponding treatment measures,in patients before and after operation,all take positive nursing can effectively improve the patient's treatment effect,promote the rehabilitation.%目的：对高频电波刀治疗宫颈糜烂的护理效果进行探析。方法选取我院在2012年10月～2014年10月期间收治的100例确诊为宫颈糜烂患者，将其作为本次的研究对象，患者均采用高频电波刀进行治疗，并对患者进行护理，记录患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后恢复情况等。结果通过护理，患者的手术时间为（10.12±7.23）min，出血量（7.08±2.06）ml，其中有59例患者痊愈，38例患者有效，3例无效。结论针对采用高频电波刀治疗宫颈糜烂患者的护理，需要密切关注患者的病情变化情况，对患者所出现的不良反应及时做好相应的处理措施，在患者术前、术后均采取积极的护理能够有效提高患者的治疗效果，促进其康复。
