Objective To study the clinical effect analysis of different diabetic group received nursing intervention.Methods From 2012 to 2013 in our hospital received 120 cases of diabetic foot, the control group with general nursing, the observation group use comprehensive nursing intervention, to provide care for three weeks. The patients in the two group, comparative clinical nursing care.Results After care, patients in the observation group the effective rate and cure rate than the control group, the excelent results, with statistical difference,P<0.05.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention to provide according to the clinical treatment of diabetic patient group scheme, can help the patient's condition better, the effective rate is high, can promote the use of.%目的 研究分析糖尿病组患者接受不同护理干预的临床效果.方法 2012至2013年我院接收了120例糖尿病足患者,将他们按入院编号分组为对照组和观察组,均有60例,对照组使用一般护理,观察组使用综合护理干预,对两组患者提供三周的护理,对比临床护理情况.结果 经过护理后,观察组的痊愈率是43.3%、好转率是48.3%、无效率是8.4%,临床总有效率91.6%,对照组的痊愈率是35%,好转率是45%,无效率是20%,总有效率是80%,结果表明,观察组患者的有效率和痊愈率比对照组优秀,该结果具有统计学差异性,P<0.05.结论 根据糖尿病组患者的临床治疗来提供全面的综合性护理干预方案,可以帮助患者的病情更好的改善,有效率高,可以推广使用.
