目的：探究注射用兰索拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡出血临床效果。方法选取我院临床收治80例十二指肠溃疡出血患者为本次研究对象，并按照数字随机法将其分成对照组和实验组，每组40人，对照组患者选择奥美拉唑钠为治疗方式，实验组患者使用兰索拉唑为治疗方案，并比较治疗后两组患者疼痛评分、出血时间以及治愈情况。结果经治疗后实验组患者疼痛评分低于对照组，且止血时间少于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且实验组患者治愈总有效率（95%）高于对照组（75%），具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对十二直肠溃疡出血患者采用注射用兰索拉唑进行治疗，效果显著，且患者疼痛及出血时间减少，无不良反应，较为安全可靠。%Objective To explore the efficacy of lansoprazole for injection treatment of duodenal ulcer hemorrhage.MethodsIn our hospital were enroled in 80 cases of duodenal ulcer hemorrhage patients as the research object,and in accordance with were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group,patients in the control group selection of omeprazole sodium for the treatment,patients in the experimental group use lansoprazole for treatment,and after treatment pain scores of the two groups,bleeding time and cure.Results After treatment,the pain score of experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the bleeding time was less than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate(95%)was significantly higher than that in the experimental group(75%),with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion In view of the duodenum ulcer bleeding treated by injection of lansoprazole treatment,the effect is remarkable and patients pain and bleeding time was significantly reduced,no adverse reactions,is safe and reliable.
