目的：：评价苦参浴联合NB－UVB照射治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法：将83例患者分为两组。治疗组52例给予苦参浴联合NB－UVB照射，隔日1次，对照组31例仅给予NB－UVB照射。10天后评价疗效。结果：治疗组和对照组有效率为96.15％和74.19％，两组比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论：苦参浴联合NB－UVB治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效好。%Objective:To assess the clinical effect of sophora flavescens bath combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of pityriasis rosea. Methods: Eighty-three patients with pityriasis rosea were divided into the treatment group (52 patients) and the control group (31 patients). The patients in the treatment group were treated with NB-UVB after sophora flavescens bath, once every two days. The patients in the control group were treated with NB-UVB only. The efficacy was assessed after 10 days of the treatment. Results:The effec-tive rates in the treatment group and the control group were 96.15% and 74.19% respectively, with a signifi-cant difference between the two groups ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:Sophora flavescens bath combined with NB-UVB is effective in the treatment of pityriasis rosea.
