Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety of propranolol in the treatment of patients with in-fantile hemangioma. Methods:Three hundred and seventy-four patients were treated with propranolol. Initia-ting dose of propranolol was 0.5 mg/kg, twice a day and the dose was adjusted according to the weight of the baby and the changes of the tumors. The dose increased to 1. 0~2. 0 mg/kg•d during 3~7 days, for 1~9 months. Results:The size of tumors was reduced by 0~25% in 17 (5.04%) patients, by 26%~50% in 69 (20.47%), by 51%~75% in 90 (26.71%) and by 76%~100% in 161 (47.78%). There were no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion:Propranolol is effective and safe in the treatment of infantile hemangioma.%目的：：评价普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的疗效及安全性。方法：374例婴幼儿血管瘤口服普萘洛尔,起始剂量0.5 mg/kg,每日2次,根据体重、血管瘤瘤体变化调整剂量,3~7天增至治疗剂量1.0~2.0 mg/kg•d,疗程1~9个月。结果：瘤体缩小0~25%17例(5.04%),瘤体缩小26%~50%69例(20.47%),瘤体缩小51%~75%90例(26.71%),瘤体缩小76%~100%161例(47.78%)。未见明显不良反应。结论：口服普萘洛尔治疗血管瘤安全有效。
