研究目的：对已有耕地保护补偿研究文献的技术路线及主要议题进行一个结构性的总体把握，揭示该项研究的脉络演变及趋势，以期为耕地保护补偿问题在研究范式上的改进提供思路。研究方法：文献分析法，比较分析法。研究结果：国内外学界对耕地保护补偿研究的现状，总体上可以用“三条路线，两个层面”予以概括。“三条路线”是指从耕地保护补偿的理论逻辑看，学界采取的技术路线主要有三条：基于外部性内部化原理的补偿研究、基于发展权转移原理的补偿研究和基于社会平均收益原理的补偿研究。“两个层面”是指已有研究涉及的议题主要包括耕地保护的区域补偿研究和面向农户的耕地保护补偿研究两个层面。研究结论：今后耕地保护补偿研究应在以下三个方面进一步深化和拓展：细究耕地保护涉及的损益关系类型及性质；将农业保护补偿(农业补贴政策)与耕地保护补偿在研究范式上区隔开来；强化面向农户的耕地保护补偿研究。%The purpose of this paper is to make a structural overall understanding to the literature of compensation for farmland protection, reveal the evolution road and development tendency, so as to improve the research in methodology and paradigm. Method of documentation and comparative analysis were employed. The results indicate that, the literature of compensation for farmland protection at home and abroad can be generally summarized by“three routes”and“two levels”.“Three routes”means there are three technical routes from theoretical logic of compensation for farmland protection, that is, the compensation research based on the principle of internalization of externalities, the principle of transferable development rights and the principle of social average income.“Two levels”means there are two level issues which involved by existing literature, that is, regional compensation and farmer compensation. It is concluded that the research on compensation for farmland protection can be deepened and emphasized from the following three aspects in the future: subdividing the cost-benefit relation types and its nature, differentiating the research paradigm of agriculture protection compensation (agriculture subsidies) from farmland protection compensation and strengthening the farmer compensation for land protection.
