基于SOPC的惯导组件多模式数据采集系统研究

         

摘要

为满足惯导组件的多种信号输出测量需求,设计一种基于SOPC的惯导组件多模式测量系统.该系统以FPGA和ISP1581USB为核心,既能对两个惯导组件输出的24路脉冲信号每5 ms进行一次无缝计数,也能对4个惯导组件输出的4路串口数据每10ms进行一次采集.USB总线把采集的数据上传到PC机,进行实时地处理、保存和显示,以此来满足测量的要求.与传统测量设备相比,该设计具有较高的可靠性和稳定性,提高了测量效率,降低了成本.%In order to meet the requirements for measuring a variety of signal output of inertial navigation components, a multimode inertial component data measuring system was designed on the basis of SOPC. The system takes FPGA and ISP1581 USB as the core, which is not only used to count the 24 ports pulse data of inertial components outputs every 5 ms, but also able to collect the 4 ports serial data of inertial components outputs every 10 ms. Data were transmitted to PC through USB, and processed, saved and displayed in real-time, so that the system can fulfill the testing requirements. Compared with the traditional measuring equipments, this system has higher reliability and stability, which greatly promotes measurement efficiency and saves cost.
