为了实现对精密电位计独立线性度参数进行高精度、高自动化的测试,利用运动控制技术和虚拟仪器技术,结合最小二乘线性拟合算法,设计实现了一种电位计独位线性度自动测试系统.测试结果分析表明,该测试系统能够达到某军标要求,测试精度达到0.1°,自动化程度高,满足实际工程应用提出的测试要求,体现了测试系统的优越性和实用价值.%In order to achieve highly precise and automatic test of independent linearity parameters for precision potentiometer, an automatic test system was designed by motion control technology, virtual instrument technology and the least squares linear fitting algorithm. Testing results showed that the accuracy of the testing system was up to 0.1°. The system is superior with high automation and practical value.
