当代体外诊断(In Vitro Diagnostics,IVD)的历史变迁与检验医学的发展密不可分,其新科学技术的应用极大推动了体外诊断产业化发展道路,也相应推动和促进了检验医学的发展.本文通过梳理当代IVD的演进历程,即从最原始的手工法发展到全自动分析,阐明生物医学技术发展与应用的复杂过程和价值,并对其未来的发展方向做出了展望,以期为今后相关研究提供借鉴.%The history change of contemporaryin vitro diagnostic (IVD) is closely connected with the development of laboratory medicine, at the same time, the application of new scientific technology has greatly pushed the development path of industrialization of IVD, has promoted the development of laboratory medicine accordingly. By analyzing the evolution of contemporary IVD, that is, from the original manual method to automatic analysis, biomedical technology development and application of complex process and value, and the future direction were expounded in this paper. It will provide some supports for the researchers in the related fields in the future.
