为了实现院内护理不良事件的主动上报,降低填报流程中的差错率,提高工作效率,规范操作流程,自主开发了院内护理不良事件上报分析系统。系统主要功能模块包括不良事件上报模块、审核模块、分析模块,最终根据需求生成多维度的统计分析报表。系统的权限管理采用角色访问控制设计,以保证系统安全。通过2年多的运行达到了预期的效果。%In order to realize the active reporting of nursing adverse events in the hospital, reduce the error rate, improve the work efficiency, and to standardize the operation flow, we independently developed the nursing adverse event reporting and analysis system. The major function modules include the adverse reporting module, the review module and the analysis module. The system can generate the multidimensional statistical analysis report according to the requirement. The administration permission adopted the design of role based access control so as to ensure the security of the system. The application of the software achieved the expected results after 2 years of operation.
