目的：了解我院重症监护室护理人员对呼吸机维护保养认知状况，为提高呼吸机的有效维护与保养提供依据。方法采用自制的调查问卷，对我院4个重症监护室82名护理人员进行问卷调查，对调查结果进行统计分析。结果根据帕累托图（Pareto Chart）查找问题筛选出前5项认知缺陷项目，其中呼吸机清洗部分1项，呼吸机使用过程中的维护4项，在前5项认知缺陷中，工作年限在3年以内的护士认知缺陷比例较高，占58.46%；在专业排序中，老年ICU认知缺陷占据首位。结论加强对护理人员呼吸机维护与保养能力的培训，制定相关制度和流程，提高呼吸机的使用率和降低故障的发生率，保障呼吸机的正常运转，为临床工作提供保障。%Objective To provide the basis for effective maintenance and service of ventilators by investigating cognitive status of our ICU nurses on ventilator maintenance and service.Methods A survey was conducted in 82 nurses from four ICUs of our hospital by the means of questionnaire. The statistical analysis was conducted.Results According to Pareto Chart, the ifrst 5 cognitive deifcits were as follows: one was about ventilator cleaning; four were about ventilator maintenance during use. In the ifrst ifve cognitive deifcits, the percentage of the nurses who work less than 3 years was 58.46%, which was higher than those who have more than 3-year working experience. Among different intensive care units, cognitive deifcits in elderly ICU were in the ifrst place.Conclusion Nurses’knowledge should be strengthened so as to master ventilators’ maintenance and service. Relevant systems and processes are developed to improve ventilator usage and to reduce incidence of failure, which ensure the normal operation of ventilators and provide protection for clinical practice.
